Ahhh... the weekend is finally here! I hope everyone is enjoying it so far! Well, school starts next week... I know most parents are loving it but I get a little sad... it means summer fun is over... although I am looking forward to having a little more structure in the schedule.
Anyway, here are a few more graphics and also a template.... feel free to use them. Just right click and 'Save' for the graphics. For the template, just copy and paste the code below it into the 'HTML' section of 'ADD A GADGET'.
Please remember that the template is designed to work with the 'Minima' template. You can find directions for applying any of my templates here:
Ok, so here is a random post. My son Dennis asked me for $6 to go to the corner store. I gave it to him and told him he better be grateful and thankful because when I was a kid, I got a quarter to go to the store. He says, 'Yeah but, $6 today is the same as a quarter way back then.' I said, 'Gee bud, I'm not that old!'
Well, anyway, here are some new graphics for you to grab. Just right click and 'Save'. I am working on some primitive graphic sets for sale. Should have them on soon. I hope you will check them out!
Well, here are some more free blog or webpage graphics. Feel free to use them. Just right click and 'Save'.
Also, I had a couple of people ask if I had a logo to link back to my blog. I told them they could use my profile pic if they wanted to. (Which was very nice of them to ask -- THANK YOU!) I included a logo if you want to use it.
Ok, so I have been racking my brains trying to learn how to configure my templates so that they are compatible with Blogger's new themes...
Well, every which way I tried, you could still see their backgrounds and then my template on top of it. I could easily just change the code for it to disappear... but I like to make it easy to apply and not a lot of people are comfortable messing with HTML and CSS codes.
So, while messing around on Blogger, I suddenly see that you can STILL choose the 'Minima' template for your theme! That is the theme that I made my templates to go with! (it was the easiest one I could find) LOL
So now, if you go to 'DESIGN' and click on the 'EDIT HTML' tab, way at the bottom you will see 'SELECT LAYOUT TEMPLATE' -- there you can choose the 'Minima' template! Here are the directions for applying my templates:
Hope you are all having a great weekend so far. Here are a few new prim blog graphics. Feel free to use them on your blog, if you wish. Just right click and 'SAVE'.
Also, I am working on some new blog templates. I am trying to figure out how to make some that are compatible with Bloggers new templates. And I am working on pages to group together all of my graphics and templates so they will be easy to look through.
HAPPY SATURDAY! Please Note: These graphics are my own work.
Hello... Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful Holiday Weekend. Here is a Primitive Americana Wallpaper I made for your desktop. Click on the wallpaper pic to get to the actual size of it. Then just right click and 'Save'.
Once it is saved to your computer, right click the image and choose 'Set As Desktop Background'. This wallpaper is the standard 800 X 600 size. I am trying to figure out the size for a widescreen... as soon as I do... I will put that one up too!
Also, I am working on some more primitive wallpapers for computer desktops. Hope you will check back again!
Please Note: This wallpaper is my own work. Be sure to save first and then apply... if you try to apply the background directly from the picture...the size will not be correct.
Here is the first template I made using Cheryl Seslar Graphics!
You are welcome to use this on your blog if you like, but I have to ask that you (please) do not remove my logo showing where you got the template. It is linked back to my blog where it is stated that the template was made with Cheryl Seslar Graphics.
That is part of her terms for using her graphics and I want to be sure that I comply.
This template was designed to work with a 'Minima' template.
Simply 'Copy' & 'Paste' the code under the 'HTML' section of 'Add A Gadget'
