New Small Spring Quilted Table Runner & Craft Show

Hi Everyone,

We sure are battered and bruised here in New England from this miserable Winter season we have had... but Spring is on the horizon! 

I made this spring quilted table runner... it's a small one but I like how it turned out.

I binded it with the same fabric I bordered it with... but I forgot to take the pic of it completed.

I am doing my VERY FIRST craft show next month! I am so nervous and excited! It is at a local church and is specific to hand-made items. I'm hoping I can take a moment to look around as well.

I have a pretty good inventory so far but I have been working on stuff every moment I can... not an easy task between family and 2 jobs but I'm trying!

New Spring Quilted Table Runner

Hi Everyone,

We are so desperate for nicer weather here in New England. This winter has been brutal... and we're getting yet ANOTHER snow storm on Monday!

The bad thing about all this cold and wet weather is no one wants to go anywhere or do anything... the good thing is... it's perfect weather for staying in and sewing! LOL

I made this spring quilted table runner yesterday... it cheered me up and reminded me that it will be spring soon... and I can't wait!

What Color Should I Use For Binding?

I worked on another quilted table runner yesterday. I just fell in love with the colors of this fabric line... I chose a brown border to tone it down a bit... LOL

All that's left to do is the binding... what color do you think I should use? 

I am thinking orange or green but really, I can use almost any color but wanted to get some opinions.

What do you guys think?

New Quilted Table Runner

Good Morning!

I posted awhile back that I've been getting into quilting lately... I do mostly small projects but I am going to tackle a quilt for my bed soon... we'll see how THAT goes! LOL

Here is a spring table runner I made yesterday. It looks fatter on one end just because of the angle in which I took the picture (because I needed to fit the whole runner in the picture)

Anyway, I think it came out pretty good... it's a simple fence rail pattern and I machine quilted it with a stipple pattern (love the stipple because there's no wrong way to do it!) LOL

I regret never getting around to having my Christmas Give-Away so I am working on one now... I need to make up for that so it will be a good one!

Need Opinions Please...

Good Morning, Everyone...

I popped onto my blog at work the other day and noticed that my graphics seemed MUCH darker than my computer at home (where I create my graphics)

So now I am wondering if it's just my computer at work... or if it's my computer at home.

Do my graphics appear dark to you?

Any feedback is much appreciated!
