New Autumn Graphic

I know I am a little early with the Autumn Graphics... but it truly is the most beautiful time of the year here in New England! Even though it's not quite here yet... you can feel it in the air, it will be here soon. :-)

Updating My Blog...

So now that I finally have a new computer, I will begin updating my blog. 

What does that mean, exactly? A few things:

I've decided that re-writing the codes for all of my templates will be too time consuming... so I will be re-writing the codes for a few select templates, as well as removing any original posts that contained a template. 

I will not be posting the new codes for the existing templates... but they will be under the template pages (which are temporarily disabled as I work on them.)

I will still post when there is a new template that I have to offer.

I will also be removing some of my graphics, as I have many new ones to add! So if there are any that you like, grab them now because they might be gone soon.

I have gotten a few emails from people who have tried to apply my templates using the old directions. Thanks to Blogger no longer offering the Minima template, those directions will not work.

Please be patient with me as I make these changes and hopefully, my blog will be completely updated very soon.

Ok, I know, I know! I'm a bad blogger... but it's only because I need a new computer! Despite having mine repaired, it still is not working properly so I just don't even want to deal with it.

My Itty Bitty Christmas Tree...

The livingroom in my new house is actually smaller than the livingroom I had in my apartment, so I can't fit my 7 1/2 foot Christmas tree in it!

I mean I probably could, if I change everything around but I don't really want to do that.

So I bought this little 2 foot tree at the Flea Market for $2. I also got the crock that it's sitting in for $4.

I miss my big tree but there's something cozy about the little one, too!

Craft Show Help...?

Hey Girls,

First let me say that I am still having trouble with Photobucket and being able to upload my templates in their original size... I am losing my patience with it, honestly, but there is nothing I can do as of the moment. The woman that is helping me asked me to send her the file I was trying to upload... she successfully added it to my album but unfortunately, that does not help me... I have a few more I would like to add.

Onward: I have a couple of questions for all you ladies that do craft shows, if you would be so kind as to add your input. I stitched about 40 pillows for the Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays this year... but I never completed them... so I am thinking about just going and going and maybe doing a craft show next year.

Now, I have never done a craft show before but I am thinking of just completing my pillows (and framed stitcheries) and making some dolls, bowl fillers, possibly some quilted table runners/wall hangings, room sprays and maybe even some dough ornies. I do work about 50 hours a week outside the home but I am thinking that if I work on this stuff throughout the year, I should have a pretty good inventory.

 I would have to stay in my area and would absolutely LOVE to do the Sturbridge, MA fair (I'm going this weekend and I can't wait!)

So my questions are:

Are craft shows worth your time and effort?

Has anyone ever regretted doing it?

Can anyone tell me how to get started on being accepted to a craft show?

Also, do you accept credit cards and if so, how would I go about setting that up?

Anyone help that you can give would be VERY MUCH appreciated!

The larger one is 18 inches and her dress is gingerbread men with a coordinating green homespun gingham trim and adorned with a rusty star.
