Flea Market Finds...

Hello Blog World,

My puter is in the shop... hopefully it will be fixed by Monday so I can get my new graphics on! I am using my computer at work right now...

Anyway... just wanted to share these cool flea market finds...

I got the Americana pillow for 25¢

and the old toolbox for $2.00!

I stuffed it full of these awesome hand-made

stars from this cool seller on Ebay.

I just want to say thank you for all the nice comments on my previous post! If anyone out there is thinking about doing it... I encourage you to do so!

It is very hard at first but once you lose those first few pounds... it motivates you like crazy and before you know it... you will have reached your goal!

I'm still working on perfecting the code to apply my templates, so bear with me... shouldn't be long now.

What I Was Doing While I was MIA From Blogger

Ok Girls,

Usually when someone posts a BEFORE & AFTER picture on a prim blog... it's a prim item... but today... I am posting a BEFORE & AFTER picture of me.

(I do actually have some pics of new prims that I will share soon, LOL)

Last Spring, I decided to create some 'ME' time... my boys are 16 now... pretty much doing their own thing and my husband and I work opposite shifts so I decided that it was a good time to do this.

Now, I work full-time (outside the home) and also I waitress part-time, too.... and as we women know... taking care of family and home doesn't leave a lot of time for much else but...

My sister had to have hip-replacement surgery (she is only 47) and is soon going in for the other one... watching her go through that made me realize that I want to be HEALTHY and energetic (although, what she went through really had nothing to do with health) but you understand what I mean.

So I decided to start exercising and eating healthy... now I had tried that before but always tanked... but this time... (watching my sister not being able to even walk for months) - it just did something to me and I stuck with it.

So, here is me in the Summer of 2011: (GULP)

And here is me in Summer of 2012: (YAY!)

I lost 23 pounds and I have to say, I feel AMAZING... 

Couple Of New Autumn Graphics

Here are a couple of new Autumn graphics. Feel free to grab them for your blog or website. If you can grab a logo from 'My Logos' page-that would be great.

As I said in my earlier post, I am working on new directions on how to apply my templates (now that Blogger no longer has the 'Minima' template)... I pretty much have it figured out but am testing a little more to be sure.

Also, will have lots of Christmas graphics coming soon!

Working On Applying Templates

Hello Blog World,

I have been working on how to apply my templates (now that Blogger no longer has the 'Minima' template)... I think I pretty much have it figured out but I have to do a couple of more 'run tests' to be sure... then, of course, it's a matter of re-writing the codes for the already existing templates on my blog.

Also, I will be posting some holiday graphics soon.

Prim Pip Berries Template FIXED!

Thanks so much for your sweet comments and for letting me know that the code for the Prim Pip Berries template was incorrect! 


I usually test them to make sure but I didn't today...

It is fixed now and I did test it... it's working correctly!

New Primitive Blog Templates...

Hi Everyone!


Life has been BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! I am patiently awaiting Spring... we got some snow here in New England the past couple of days but it's 46 degrees out right now and the melting has begun...(very messy out, though)
